See how this 1771 home has been revived with stunning farmhouse interior decor

The home behind Danielle Horner's Instagram account, 'The Tattered Dragonfly' is truly unique. While the Horner's call it home, the proper name for their residence is the Ellis Shivers House. Located in Mullica Hill, New Jersey, this Colonial style farmhouse is actually the culmination of three separate building projects.
The original central portion was built in 1771 and still contains the wide plank floors and stone fireplaces typical of that time. The right addition was added in the late 1700s and is officially called Lippincott House. Following that, the left addition was added sometime in 1830. In addition, Danielle has transformed the old carriage house in a business space for her farmhouse furniture venture.

As you can imagine, with a home that encapsulates so many time periods it could be difficult to decorate in one, cohesive style. However, this is where Danielle's love, and experienced eye, for rustic farmhouse decor shines through. Each of the home's spaces are filled with vintage finds and decorative elements that feel as though they were always part of the home.
And the pictures below are just a snapshot of the views available @thetattereddragonfly.
The central piece of this accent wall is the restored church pew accented by floral cushions and vintage burlap.
A cozy corner of the living room provides just enough space for a tasteful vignette based around a worn writing desk.
The kitchen features a handmade island with decorative legs and scalloped edges painted a soft cream color.
This welcoming space is part of the 1800s portion of the home and is called, 'The Gathering Room'.
This serene Guest Suite is located in the 1771 portion of the home and was, at one time, a living room.
While obviously not original to the home, this lovely pool area is ideal for those humid summer nights.
