Prepare to be impressed by the renovation and design of this farmhouse

It's amazing to see how any home can be transformed into a country oasis regardless of its location or architectural style. If you passed by "Casa Williams', of 1960's construction, on the street you might expect its interior to be of the generic contemporary kind with builder beige walls and equally ordinary carpet. However, if you thought this you couldn't be further from the truth.
The interior of Sarah William's home, of the IG account 'Casa Williams', is everything a farmhouse should be. The walls have been painted a crisp white that contrasts beautifully against the rich hardwood floors. The installation of a few wood beams throughout the main living area also adds that rustic touch. The newly-renovated kitchen with it's Shaker-style cabinetry, glossy Subway tile backsplash and open shelving is straight from the pages of Joanna Gaines' design manual.

Through Sarah's careful design of her home you can see that she has a knack for combining budget-friendly items with a few timeless pieces. The time-worn dining table was a splurge for the family of 5 but because of its quality construction and materials, it was well worth it. A busy family needs a sturdy table to gather at each day.
