Peek inside this restored 1910 farmhouse rich with rustic charm

Amid the agrarian landscape of the Pacific Northwest sits a 1910 farmhouse, the residence of a local shop owner and antique dealer Lindsea Dragomir. Her online shop, House of Harvest, offers a curated collection of hemp pillows, ironstone dishware and vintage ephemera. Her home reflects her love of time-honored collectibles and is the ideal backdrop for her tasteful vignettes, elegant in their neutral simplicity.
The home itself was purchased by Lindsea and her husband in 2012. Following their acquisition, they began reviving and restoring the 100-year-old farmhouse. They chose to deviate from the typical approach by allowing much of the original elements such as the hardwood floors, shiplap walls and chippy paint to remain. The result, however, is anything but tired and worn out. The interior exudes loads of character amid the crisp white walls and aged wood flooring. A wood stove in the main living area provides warmth and the rich, comforting aroma of a wood fire. For those who long for a home simply designed but rich in personality, this one is for you.
Before heading out the door, a rustic bench provides a spot to sit down and put on your shoes.
On the main floor, a newly installed wood stove warms the home on those chilly Pacific Northwest days and nights.
The dining rooms features original wood paneling and floors that have been stained a deep brown.
A much-loved cabinet displays an assortment of Lindsea's favorite collectibles and dishware.
The second-floor master bedroom remains light and ethereal with access to many large, light-giving windows.
Soft linens hang amid antique mirrors and dried herbs beneath a primitive wood shelf.
An old cabinet stained and worn with age displays a selection of fans and cameras from an era gone by.
The home's mudroom was entirely original when Lindsea and her husband purchased this home. They retained much of its original character while updating the essentials.
